Shipping policy

1. Deposit & Order Confirmation

Deposit Requirement: After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation WhatsApp message and email with instructions to pay a 200 EGP deposit to confirm your order.

Timeframe: The deposit must be transferred within 48 hours of placing your order. Orders without a deposit within this timeframe will be automatically cancelled.

Confirmation: Your order is officially confirmed and processed for shipping only after the deposit is verified.

2. Order Cancellation

Before Shipping: You may cancel your order at any point before it is handed over to the delivery courier, and your deposit will be fully refunded.

After Shipping: Once the order has been handed over to the courier, the 200 EGP deposit is strictly non-refundable. This applies even if you refuse to receive the package upon delivery.

3. Delivery & Package Inspection

No Opening with Courier: Packages cannot be opened in front of the delivery courier under any circumstances.

Receiving the Parcel: You must receive the parcel, pay the remaining balance to the courier, and open your package afterward.

 

العربون وتأكيد الطلب

دفع العربون: بعد إتمام الطلب، ستصلك رسالة تاكيد عبر واتساب و ايميل يحتوون على تعليمات  لدفع عربون بقيمة 200 جنيه مصري لتأكيد الاوردر

المهلة الزمنية: يجب تحويل العربون خلال 48 ساعة من وقت الطلب. سيتم إلغاء الطلبات التي لم يتم دفع عربونها خلال هذه المدة تلقائياً

تأكيد الطلب: يتم تأكيد الطلب وتجهيزه للشحن فقط فور التأكد من استلام العربون

إلغاء الطلب

قبل الشحن: يمكنكِ إلغاء الطلب في أي وقت قبل تسليمه لشركة الشحن، وسيتم استرداد العربون بالكامل

بعد الشحن: بمجرد تسليم الطلب لمندوب الشحن، يصبح العربون (200 جنيه) غير قابل للاسترداد نهائياً، حتى في حالة رفض استلام الشحنة عند التوصيل

التوصيل واستلام الشحنة

ممنوع الفتح مع المندوب: يُمنع منعاً باتاً فتح الشحنة مع مندوب الشحن تحت أي ظرف

الاستلام: يجب عليكِ استلام الشحنة، دفع المبلغ المتبقي للمندوب، ثم فتح الشحنة لاحقاً بنفسك
